I understand that my services are provided strictly on an unpaid, voluntary basis. By submitting this application, I accept as my personal responsibility any risk I incur as a volunteer. I will not hold the Etobicoke Humane Society, its officers, directors, servants or agents responsible for any liability whatsoever arising out of my participation as a volunteer. I understand that, in handling animals and performing other volunteer tasks there is a risk of physical harm caused by the animals or the nature of the duties. I declare that this release is binding and the information I have provided is true to the best of my knowledge.
