Congratulations go out to Charlize the dog as the winner of our first ever Cutest Pet Photo Contest with 1,230 votes.
Also taking home prizes are Angel, Laylah, Ella and Zack & Frankie — all cats.
We want to thank everyone who submitted their pet and/or voted on others. We’re blown away by the participation in the contest as there were 88 entries and more than 10,000 votes — 2,000 of those coming in the last hour of the competition! In the end, more than $11,000 was raised which will go towards the care of the cats and dogs at the Etobicoke Humane Society and the operation of the shelter.
