Riggs has been waiting a long time for his forever home where his affectionate and friendly nature can shine! We have invested in training for Riggs at a Board & Train facility and his Trainer will work closely with his adopters, including complimentary training classes and post-adoption support to make the transition into his forever home.

ABOUT RIGGS:

• Riggs is a 4+ year old, Boxer mix, medium-sized, 55 lbs
• He is  intelligent, obedient and athletic
• Well-behaved on walks, he will walk along side his handler without pulling, showcasing his obedience and eagerness to please.
• Riggs exhibits a remarkable level of intelligence and responsiveness to commands, especially in calm environments;  this underscores the importance of creating a routine, structured and supportive atmosphere
• Riggs is neutered, house-trained, microchipped and has his core vaccinations

RIGG’S IDEAL HOME:

• Riggs will make a great companion for a single adult or couple who are committed to an active lifestyle regular walks and hikes
• A detached home with direct access to a fully fenced yard in the country or quiet neighbourhood
• Riggs needs a home, with structure, routine and few visitors, he can be anxious around new people. 
• No small children, cats, small dogs or other small pets in the home
