Vela

Stargaze for the Vela constellation!

Vela and her many friends came to us from a multi-cat environment. She is now at the shelter, learning how to be in a new space and working on her social skills.

About Vela

• At shelter
• Vela is initially nervous, but is a very gentle girl who enjoys pets on the top of her head and chin.
• Vela hasn’t been playful with volunteers yet, but she might enjoy playing on her own at night when there are no pesky humans watching her.
• This gentle soul loves to spend her days cuddling with her feline friends!
• Vela is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.

Vela’s Ideal Home

• Vela would prefer to be adopted with another compatible cat or to a home with a feline companion.
• We are unsure how Vela would do in a home with other pets or children.
