The Tea on Teagan…

Is that there is nothing to spill. Beautiful Teagan arrived at EHS after being rescued from the frigid streets. All she wants is a place to call home.

About Teagan

  • At shelter
  • Having come from a life as a stray, Teagan is considered a skittish cat who has had minimal experience with humans.
  • Teagan is currently enrolled in EHS’s socialization program, where dedicated volunteers are working to help her become more comfortable around people.
  • Teagan is showing slow but steady progress with our socialization team. While she is not yet comfortable enough to accept pets and may occasionally swat, she loves to eat Churu off of the back-scratcher and seems fascinated by the wand toy.
  • Some skittish cats like Teagan may remain reserved, while others may express their trust and affection in a variety of ways.
  • Teagan is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.

Teagan’s Ideal Home

  • A skittish cat will benefit from a calm, quiet environment, preferably without small children.
  • It appears Teagan does not mind the company of others cats and sometimes even gets playful with them.
  • Potential adopters should be prepared to commit the time, effort, and patience required to help Teagan settle into her new environment. EHS will provide post-adoption support to assist Teagan with a successful transition to her forever home.

The tea on Teagan is that she may appear robust but is actually sweet! She simply just needs time to steep. If you’re ready to add some flavour back into your life, apply to adopt Teagan today.
