About Kane
At shelter
When Kane arrived safely at EHS, he took some time to adjust. He enjoyed staying in his cubby and observing volunteers from a distance. Now that he has adjusted to his new digs, he’s shown a softer side.
This sweet boy may be timid initially, but he loves gentle pets on his chin, cheeks, and the top of his head.
To help gain his trust, volunteers have been putting Churu tube treat on their fingers, which Kane licks up eagerly.
Kane will be neutered, and is microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and up to date on core vaccinations.
Kane's Ideal Home
We are still getting to know Kane, so we do not know yet how he would do with other animals or children.
Kane is seeking a loving home with patient adopters who will give him room to warm up at his own pace.
