Chloe may take her time to come out of her shell, but behind those wide, watchful eyes is a truly sweet and gentle soul. She’s accepting applications from superheroes who have an infinite supply of patience, kindness, and can provide a cozy cubby where she can become the loving sidekick she’s meant to be.
About Chloe
- In foster
- Chloe is a cautious and shy kitty who is particular about who she honours with her presence. You need to be on the approved guest list!
- She enjoys her invisibility cloak—aka cubby—as a safe space for peace and quiet. With patience and encouragement, she is gaining confidence, opening up and showing her true nature.
- Chloe may be playing one-way hide and seek (she hides, the end!) but she has been caught chatting up a storm when she thinks she’s all alone. She must be preparing for her debut!
- Chloe is guarded, but with slow movements and soft talking, she will welcome gentle scratches with the back-scratcher on her head, chin and cheeks.
- While Chloe isn't very food motivated, she enjoys Greenies and Churu treats during positive interactions.
- When she is in the mood, Chloe loves her wand toys. Feathers and ribbons are her favourites.
- Chloe is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and up to date on core vaccinations.
Chloe's Ideal Home
- Chloe needs patient and understanding adopters who let her set the pace as she adjusts.
- Chloe needs a low-stress space with access to hideaways (like covered beds, cat trees, or quiet nooks) where she can lay low and monitor you from a distance.
- She may do well with another gentle cat to show her the ropes. However, her compatibility with dogs and children is unknown to us.
- Though Chloe doesn't need to go to a home with another cat, she has come out of hiding while other feline friends are around.
