We want to give a huge thank you to our supporters for making our holiday fundraiser a major success!
We’re still confirming all the numbers, but between the launch of our Pawfect Gifts for the Holidays campaign on November 21 and when it ended on December 31, we raised approximately $70,000 for our small shelter with the big heart.
We had a great response to the campaign, with many people buying shelter pet gift packages for animal lovers on their lists, but we also saw supporters making straightforward donations, which means the world to us.
We’d like to give special recognition to an anonymous donor who not only matched the first $5,000 we raised, but also contributed an additional $20,000 to the shelter to go towards our dog care program. This is a substantial donation that will allow us to continue to provide quality care to even more animals who need our help.
The new year is now upon us and while we’re thrilled with the results of our campaign, we won’t be slowing down. Our shelter is growing and we need to keep up our fundraising efforts.
