In June and July, we challenged our supporters to get moving and raise funds for EHS with our Get Your Move on campaign. Like a virtual walk-a-thon, participants raised money in exchange for doing any type of exercise they chose.
We want to thank everyone who took part, as well as everyone that donated to the initiative as we raised $26,310, slightly more than our $25,000 goal.
The funds are being directed towards veterinary care for our cats and dogs. Vet costs are our largest expense as we make sure each of our animals get the best care possible.
Thank you for your continued support! If you didn’t have a chance to contribute to the Get Your Move On campaign, there are always ways to donate. Remember, we’re an all volunteer organization, so funds raised go towards the care of our animals and operation of our shelter.
