The Etobicoke Humane Society rescues hundreds of animals each year. We provide daily care, medical attention and affection for every animal that comes through our door.
Our organization is 100% volunteer run with no paid positions – every dollar goes directly into animal care and operations. We do not receive government funding and rely solely on the financial donations and continued support from our community and supporters.
All donations of $20.00 or more will receive a tax receipt.

Donations by Mail
To make a one-time or monthly donation by cheque or credit card, send your donation form and cheque made out to the Etobicoke Humane Society to 67 Six Point Road, Toronto, ON M8Z 2X3.
Retiree Benefits and Employer Donations
If you are a retiree from a major corporation and are on a company paid pension plan, you may be entitled to a yearly company paid charitable donation based on a set number of hours of volunteer service provided to an eligible charity. Most corporations have a list of charities that qualify for donations. For more information, check with your retirement plan or employer.
For those working full-time, you may be entitled through your employer for a charitable donation based on volunteer hours or a matching program for personal donations.
In Memory or In Honour
To make a donation in memory or in honour of a special person, you can donate online or by mail and EHS will send a special card to the individual or family if requested.
Planned Giving
Animal lovers are also able to support EHS through planned giving such as a bequest in your will. When planning for your future, please consider the legacy of providing second chances to animals in need of a forever home. Planned gifts can come in the form of beneficiaries in your will, RRSP, life insurance policy or establishing a charitable gift annuity or charitable remainder trust.
