Lola

Meet Lola!  Lola is a Terrier cross who is 2.5 years old.  She came to us from the United States as she was displaced by Hurricane Harvey.  When she arrived, we quickly realized that she was very fearful of strangers and unfortunately, our shelter environment forced her to meet lots of new people every day.  She was relocated to a training facility where she has worked on these fears.  At this facility she is wonderful with the people she knows and she loves to play with the other dogs at the facility however she still get nervous about meeting people and introductions to new people need to be properly managed to ensure her success. She absolutely loves playing with other dogs, adores the people that she knows and of course loves going for structured walks & freedom hikes.  She loves her walks and to be outside and once bonded with you will be a loyal and affectionate companion.
