Membership

Become a member of the Etobicoke Humane Society!

Members are like the “shareholders” for EHS and guide our organization through special privileges, such as electing Board Members, approving the external auditors and attending Annual General Meetings and Town Halls.

Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing and loving environment for cats and dogs while we find them a forever home.

As a member, you can help shape policies and ensure the organization is being run responsibly and appropriately.

Members pay an annual fee of $50, which goes towards the operation of our shelter and the care of our animals. 

Membership requirements:

• Members must support the EHS mission statement
• Members cannot have been convicted of any offence pertaining to animal welfare
• Members must provide accurate information on their membership form, to the best of their knowledge

Individuals may hold only one (1) membership and can pay for no more than five (5) additional memberships each calendar year.

Memberships can be paid by cheque, credit card or debit. A tax receipt will be issued for the amount paid.
