Sweat for our Shelter

Posted 10/06/2020 | |

Get a Full Body Workout & Support EHS!

As part of our Give What You Can Campaign we’re hosting our fourth Sweat for our Shelter virtual fitness event! Our first three events, hosted by Beata (Dorota) Antoninas, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor from the Boulevard Club, were so successful, raising $2,000, so we’re doing it again on Monday July 6 at 9:00 a.m.

We are asking for a minimum $10 donation to attend the session. All donations/ticket sales for these workouts will be eligible for a tax receipt. P.S. Make sure to add CanadaHelps to your contacts and check your junk mail if you don’t receive a confirmation email with the zoom link within a few hours after signing up.

This fundraising is one of many we’re holding to help replace funds lost from cancelled events due to COVID-19. We’re anticipating a loss of approximately $85,000 which is significant for our small shelter. By holding these virtual events, we’re able to continue to care for animals while also keeping you and our volunteers safe.
