Instructions for Leashes In the Park Walk-a-thon registration:
There are two ways for participants to register. Online or download the forms.
Step 1 Register for the Walk-a-thon
Option 1 Fill out the on-line participant registration form.

Option 2 Download and print the participant form and email your registration to leashes@etobicokehumanesociety.com
Pledge payments may be made at EHS, online at our Leashes Canada Helps Fundraising page https://www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/etobicokehumanesociety/LeashesinthePark2017
You may bring your collected pledge form and payments to the registration desk on the day of the event.
Step 2 Begin fundraising by collecting pledges for the walk-a-thon. You have a choice of two formats to collect the pledges.
Option 1 Create a fundraising page on Canada Helps. You may share it on your social media or email the link to your friends.

Option 2 And/ Or Download and print the Walk-a-thon Pledge Form and collect the pledges.
Step 3.
On the day of the Walk-a-thon please bring your registration form, pledge forms and payments to the Leashes in the Park event and submit it at the registration desk. If you fundraised online on Canada Helps please bring a copy of your fundraising page.
