We’re holding a Fall 50/50 Raffle from November 1, 2023 to December 6, 2023, to help raise funds for our amazing shelter pets.
Get your tickets and feel good knowing you’ll have a chance at winning, while also helping us care for the cats and dogs at the Etobicoke Humane Society.
Buy your tickets early (to be eligible for early bird prizes) and often (the more tickets sold increases the total draw amount!). The final draw will be held December 6, 2023.
Funds raised from the 50/50 raffle will go towards vet care for our animals, which cost us more than $360,000 last year. This includes spays/neuters, medication, surgeries, dental care and more. Vet care is our largest expense, and costs have been increasing over the past two years.

We Have Early Bird Prizes
We have THREE early bird draws this time around.
The first early bird draw for an amazing $500 was held on November 8 - and the winner is Susanne M. with ticket number #C-23310!
The second early bird draw was held on November 22, for $750 - and the winner is Nedannis S. with ticket number #C-45773. Congratulations to our early bird winners thus far!
Our third early bird was on December 1, where Catharine P. with ticket number #C-42389 won a pair of gold and diamond stud earrings appraised at more than $6,000.
Grand Prize
Our grand prize jackpot ended up being an amazing $46,670 and we’re excited to announce the winner is Alex M.(ticket number C-66324), who takes home half the prize money.
The other half will go towards our shelter and will be put to good use, helping to cover vet bills for our awesome cats and dogs.
Veterinary costs are our biggest expense every year and we rely on fundraisers like this one to ensure we’re able to give our animals the best care possible so they’re happy and healthy when they get adopted.

Who can play?
To take part in the 50/50 raffle residents must reside in Ontario and be 18 years of age or older.
* Please note tickets are only available online and Etobicoke Humane Society Board of Directors and Leadership Volunteers (Managing Directors) as well as their spouses, children and children-in-law are not permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win.
