Friendly, tail wagging sweetheart
This sensitive boy has been through a lot. He was found wandering the streets and nobody claimed him. He has been to two different shelters and several different homes in a short period of time. Despite that he warms up quickly and before you know it he will jump in your lap and settle in. Twiggy will melt your heart the moment he hops into your lap.
ABOUT TWIGGY:
- 4 year old neutered male Beagle Mix
- Small-Medium-sized at 28lbs, Medium-energy
- Loves a belly rub and showing affection but on his terms
- He is not overly playful, he enjoys a tennis ball but mostly he just likes being by your side
- He is good on a leash and true to his breed he has his nose to the ground always sniffing out something interesting
- Neutered, house-trained, microchipped and has his core vaccinations and ready to start his new chapter with a loving family
TWIGGY’S IDEAL HOME:
- Twiggy thrives in a quiet, adult only home, ideally with a single female and a household that’s prepared to respect his need for personal space.
- He is not a fan of sharing toys or food with others so no children or other pets in the home, please.
- Although he’s not overly vocal, he would be happiest in a home without shared walls where he can relax and feel secure.
- He needs someone who will be patient, understanding, and ready to give him the love and consistency he deserves. Twiggy’s trainer will be there to guide you through a smooth transition, ensuring Twiggy settles in comfortably with his new family.
Overall, Twiggy is a sweet affectionate dog with a happy go lucky attitude that would make a wonderful addition to the right home.
