BIO:
- French Bulldog Mix, 7 years old, Female (spayed)
- Small (29 lb) Medium-energy
- Bella came to EHS after her previous family was unable to continue caring for her due to some changes in their life
- Bella is house-trained, microchipped, and has her core vaccinations
ABOUT BELLA:
- Bella is a little bundle of personality - she loves being around people
- She loves toys and will entertain herself - and you right along with her!
- She is good on a leash, ignores other dogs she sees, shows no prey drive. She can be sound sensitive to loud passing vehicles
- Bella has intervertebral disc disease and some weakness/incoordination in her back legs, as well as allergies to chicken and grass. She requires a hypoallergenic diet and medication for her back. She is currently doing well and is not having symptoms at this time, however, her adopter will need to be committed to following her hypoallergenic diet and care needs, medication schedule, and exercise restrictions
BELLA’S IDEAL HOME:
- Bella would thrive with someone who enjoys having a little shadow by their side — a dog who wants to be included, loved, and part of the family
- In a home where someone is home more often than not, she has shown some separation anxiety at her foster’s home but hasn’t really been tested or left alone for long
- Bella would be fine in a shared wall situation
- Her ideal home will be one where her medical needs are taken seriously, her diet and exercise restrictions are followed carefully
This sweet girl is ready to find a loving home where she can be cherished, supported, and continue to share her silly, affectionate personality.
