In foster
Nala is a skittish cat who is still getting used to being around humans. As such, it takes time for her to feel secure enough to express her full, unfiltered self.
Nala has made tremendous progress from her days of hiding quietly in her cubby at the shelter. Now in foster, she has revealed more of her soft side, resting in sunspots by the window during the day and, of course, chasing down her crinkle balls.
As a Bengal cat, Nala is absolutely bursting with energy.
Nala enjoys a good back-and-forth conversation and could chat with you for hours should the conversation be interesting enough!
Nala prefers nudging and guiding you to scratch her back. She loves to receive pets, just where she wants them!
Nala is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.
Nala’s Ideal Home
Timid cats like Nala fare best in quiet, calm environments, preferably without small children or dogs.
Nala will do best in a home with lots of space for her to sprint, explore, and climb so she can burn off her excess energy.
Potential adopters should be prepared to commit the time, effort, and patience required to help Nala settle into her new environment. EHS will provide post-adoption support to assist Nala with a successful transition to her forever home.
