The famous words of Julius Caesar, “I came, I saw, I conquered,” might be words meowed by this big, puffy-cheeked, ginger boy. He is a former stray from Niagara Falls who is looking for his decisive victory in a loving home with a quiet place to curl up with his number one girl, Spirit.

- Julius was a skittish boy,but he’s been working hard on his confidence. He secretly loves to be pet by hand, especially if he’s laying down practicing his potato moves. He prefers head scratches, and when he’s in the mood, a shoulder rub or a back scratch will do.
- Julius is the protector of his best buddy, Spirit. You will often find him calling out for her so they can snuggle up in the cat bed together.
- He loves playing (and sleeping) with his beloved wand toy and he’s been practicing his ball skills to show off his sporty side.
- Julius has FIV, which is a virus that weakens the immune system of a cat but is not transmissible to humans or other species.
- A cat with FIV may be overlooked, but with routine vet care and a loving home, cats who have FIV can live a long, healthy life.
- Julius is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.
Julius' Ideal Home
- Julius is part of a bonded pair and MUST be adopted with his partner, Spirit, who also has FIV.
- He would benefit from a calm, quiet environment, preferably without small children.
- Julius does not require medication but vet checkups twice a year are recommended.
