Like her namesake in Greek mythology, Helen is a clever and composed queen!
Helen, along with her sisters, Penelope and Calypso, came to us from an overcrowded municipal shelter. They’ve stuck together through all their challenges and are ready to find their forever homes. Helen is looking forward to living a peaceful life.
About Helen
In foster
Helen is the most shy kitten of the group, but has been making steady progress during her time in foster so far.
Kittens, like Helen, have lots of energy! Though she may not play when people are around, she enjoys busying herself at night!
Helen is a skittish cat who has had minimal experience with humans.
With the help of a foster family, Helen is on a journey to adapt to a new environment and become more comfortable around people.
Helen will be spayed, and is microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, and up to date on core vaccinations.
Helen’s Ideal Home
It is important that Helen either go to a home where there is already a feline-friendly cat in residence, or be adopted with one of her siblings or another compatible EHS cat.
Kittens require ample and mindful stimulation, through play, from their humans.
A skittish cat will benefit from a calm, quiet environment, preferably without small children.
Potential adopters should be prepared to commit the time, effort, and patience required to help Helen settle into her new environment. If needed, EHS will offer post-adoption support to assist Helen with a successful transition to her forever home.
