During the Great Canadian Giving Challenge every very dollar ($3 min donations required) donated to Etobicoke Humane Society via CanadaHelps.org in June is an automatic entry for us to win $10,000. The more you give, the more chances EHS has to win!
In 2017, we helped approximately 270 cats and 90 dogs find homes. Not bad for a shelter that’s 100% run by volunteers and operates entirely from donations and our own
fundraising efforts!
But this year we want to help even more animals find forever homes and improve the shelter to make it as comfortable as possible for the cats and dogs that call it their temporary home. That’s why we’re running the Small Shelter, Big Heart campaign with a goal of raising $25,000.
