Limited visitation for cats. See Details HERE
Summer can be a hard time for us, as many of our fosters go on vacation, but we still have many animals in need.
If you’re interested in caring for a pet and have the time and space to take in an animal, fostering could be a good option. You’ll get the companionship, nose rubs and cuddles, while also helping us make room to care for other cats and dogs.
Fostering means the shelter covers all vet and food expenses while you provide transportation to and from vet appointments and meetings with adopters. Fostering is still a big commitment but not as permanent as adopting, and it can be very rewarding. Many animals need a little more love, attention, and training before they go to their forever homes. Becoming a foster helps the animal thrive in a calmer environment while helping the shelter take the time to care for more animals.
