2 Elder Animals Looking for their Forever Homes

As animal lovers, we understand the immense benefits and rewards that come with providing a forever home to these furry companions. From the unconditional love they offer to the positive impact on our mental and physical well-being, adopting cats and dogs goes beyond mere companionship. Join us in celebrating the below pets by sharing their stories and encouraging pet adoption.

Meet Zinga, 11 Years Old

A Husky Dog Standing in a Courtyard

Zinga is a senior pet who’s looking for a family that will show him love in his golden years. He’s a “fun-sized” husky, as he’s a bit smaller than what’s typical for the breed. He also has a uniquely adorable face, a sweet personality and loves people. At 11-years-old, he doesn’t want to be spending his days in a shelter and would really love a home to call his own. Apply to adopt Zinga and you’ll get a loyal companion who’s already housetrained, walks well on a leash and knows basic commands.

Meet Mitsue, 13 Years Old

Cat Lounging with his feet dangling

Mitsue has been in our care for a year, which is much too long for such a sweet cat. He’s looking for a family that will shower him with affection, as pets are his favourite thing ever. He gets along with other cats and would likely do well with kids. He has some minor health issues, but he’s a good boy when taking his medication, so don’t let that stop you from applying to adopt Mitsue and make him part of your family.
