Our Open House is going online! We’re following physical distancing rules and inviting you into our shelter through the magic of Zoom and Facebook Live. Meet some of our adoptable animals and learn more about how we rescue cats and dogs who are in need of new homes.
At our Open House, our President, Cristina Scassa, will be talking about how we’ve adapted our operations to be as safe as possible during COVID-19. Did you know that we moved all of our animals to foster homes within a matter of days back in March? You’ll also find out ways you can get involved and help support our small shelter with the big heart.

Last year, about 265 people attended our in-person Open House where we raised approximately $4,000. As in-person events are cancelled this year, it’s just one more fundraiser that we’re missing out on. We’re encouraging attendees to donate to our Give What You Can Campaign, which has been working to raise $85,000 to make up for our lost donations
