EHS supporter, Judi Barr, has written a children’s story about a lost cat, and a portion of sales will be donated to EHS!
When a pet goes missing, it can be a pet owner’s worst nightmare. The worry felt for your furry family member can be extremely stressful and you’ll do anything you can to find them and bring them home.
Judi and her family experienced this fear firsthand many years ago when their sweet cat, Eileen, went missing during a cold winter.
Eileen was eventually found safe and was reunited with Judi and her family, but her experience inspired us to create a blog for what to do if your pet is lost. The information in this blog is meant to prepare pet owners with resources and tips if they ever lose their pet for any reason.
Now, Judi has used her experience with losing Eileen to publish a children’s book that was originally written for her grandchildren to enjoy. The Tale of Eileen the Timid House Cat shares Eileen’s adventure in a gentle, age-appropriate way that young readers will love.
In an incredibly kind gesture, Judi is donating $1 from every book sold on amazon to EHS!
