Helder and Higgins have been adopted TOGETHER!

Higgins and Helder have found a wonderful new home together!

Our lovely little Annie is a 1 year old who is already a mom. We have very little history on her because she was left in a carrier at our door step with her 3 kittens - who have already been adopted. More importantly though - what we do know is that she is a beautiful multi-coloured tortie - and with the tortie colouring comes the tortie personallity....talkative, affectionate, a definite sassiness, and a charismatic way about her that lets us know for certain that she is going to be a wonderful companion. She loves to play in the shelter and is constantly peeking through doorways and around corners to see what else she can discover. Even the personal belongings of the volunteers are eligible for inspection in her world - she's been known to climb into a re-usable bag or two just to play and hear the crinkling of the material. Best of all...Annie absolutely adores the company of other cats. Our only concern right now is that after 5 months in the shelter she is showing signs of depression - which breaks our collective volunteer team heart. She is such a wonderful cat, we want to see her perfect people partner come through the door and show her that there is more out there for her than a shelter routine. Annie is healthy, vaccinated, micro-chipped, and spayed and so very ready for her forever home!

Agatha is as delicate and gorgeous as she looks in this photo. She came to us as a young, frail, pregnant cat from our 2nd hoarding case of the summer. Sadly her kitten was stillborn - a heartbreak for her and the entire volunteer team. She's dealt brilliantly with all of the neglect, chaos, and change she's experienced in her short 1 year old life though - and we're happy to say that Agatha has thrived in our care. We've nursed her back to physical and emotional health and she's now an out-going, affectionate, adorable, sweet young cat. She gets along with other cats, and rarely fusses over anything. Agatha has been vaccinated, and will be micro-chipped and spayed prior to adoption. She's ready to shift from available for adoption to happy in her forever home!

Gwen has been adopted!

Gabriel knows no enemies - he loves every human and every furry one that crosses his path. He came from a hoarding household where he was neglected and had a case of fleas that verged on dangerous...but he's completely rebounded. Gabriel has a ton of kitten energy in his 'tween' body and he bounces from cage to cage, play area to play area saying hi to all of the other cats...like the little social butterfly of the shelter. He never ever misses a chance for affection from the volunteers either, he's a doll! Gabriel is a healthy 1 year old male - he's been vaccinated, micro-chipped, neutered and loved to pieces by our team. He's ready for adoption!

Darcie has finally found the most perfect forever home. She's very lucky, and so are her new pawrents!
